Demografics provides commercial location estimations, demographic aggregations, and site viability scoring algorithms for educational, research, and site selection planning purposes. Scores are generated using statistical formulas and official Census datasets; they do not constitute guaranteed commercial lease performance, appraisal valuations, or future franchise revenue assurances.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, visual scoring algorithms, article content, brand trademarks, and design systems powering Demografics are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Redistribution, unauthorized scraping, or automated extraction of site data without written permission is strictly prohibited.
